Building Revitalization
If you have driven by Recovery Café in the past few months you may have noticed the building encased in a giant scaffolding hug, or you might have seen the photo in the Seattle Times’ Pacific NW Magazine of the scaffolding around our sculpture. The building had some water penetration issues that had reached a critical point. With funding help from The Ford Motor Company Fund, 4 Culture and the sale of our transferable development rights we have been able to ensure that our building will be around for centuries
to come.
